Overview
The HT1610 FG7 small format UV flatbed printer is ideal for individualized shops. It comes with 4-7 Ricoh grayscale piezoelectric print heads, capable of high-precision printing with 720×1200 dpi and 4-7 colors at a high working speed of 18m2/h (4 pass).
The working platform of this UV printer adopts dual-guide-rail motion control system, so both rigid and flexible materials can be perfectly positioned. Besides, repeat positioning accuracy reaches up to 0.02mm×0.05mm.
Our small format UV flatbed printer is also maintenance friendly, adaptive to either continuous production or batch production. Its platform is designed in rational size, and the entire machine is one-man operated. Specifically, this flatbed printer can be used to print individualized products, such as advertisements, pictures, gifts, toys, etc.

1. High Precision
a. Max. resolution ratio: 1440×1200 dpi
b. This small format UV flatbed printer enables to print in ink droplet mode, and the ink droplet ranges from 7pl to 21pl. In addition, high-definition printing in 2pt font is also available.
c. Dual-guide-rail mechanism ensures that guide beam moves stably and precisely.
d. Positioning of print head trolley utilizes fixed linear raster, thus, high-precision printing positioning is realized.
e. As the small format UV printer makes use of medium stop lever, material loading is more convenient, and positioning is more precise. Besides, repeat print is deviation-free.

e. 16 white ink flatbed printing modes are practicable, including white ink over and under-printing, white substrate printing and pantone printing. Meanwhile, printing with 3 types of special gloss paint is also feasible.
f. Max. load bearing capacity of printing platform: 50kg/m2 (in flat arrangement)
g. Materials, especially materials susceptible to thermal deformation, are firmly attached to the platform of our small format UV flatbed printer, for super strong vacuum absorption system is configured.
The design of our printer is human-orientated, user-friendly. Specifically, it reflects in following respects:
1. Automatically detects the height of media up to 10mm thick and calibrates print heads distance for optimal dot placement and image quality.
2. Pin registration for accurate and consistent media placement.
3. Flatbed table with scale plate for parameter setting .
4. Mini-cart collision avoidance system effectively prevents damage of print heads.
5. UV lamp power comes with 3 adjustable settings.
6. Reverse the air flow to the table making heavy media easier to handle.
7. Individual 4-zone isolation system allows for easy setup of small batch printing.
8. Fast, simultaneous white ink spot, over and under-printing.
9. Internal UPS placement provides ample protection against the negative pressure that may be unleashed by power failures or unexpected shutdowns.
10. The auxiliary pump activates in the event of ink pump failure.
Humanized design makes operation easier.
5. Stable and Reliable PerformanceOur UV digital printer boasts superior stable performances, which can be incarnated in aspects as below:
(1) All our UV digital printers feature all-steel body and extruded aluminum table, which ensures enhanced stability and durability.(2) Famous brand key parts are adopted. Included are IGUS towline cable from Germany, MEGADYNE synchronous belt from Italy, ROCKWELL serve motor from USA, NSK bearing, MISUMI lifting screw from Japan, and more.
(3) Optical fiber and PCI interface are adopted to achieve 1.25GB/s data communication and zero interference.
(4) For accurate and stable moving, our UV printers are equipped with grinding grade double screw rods and double straight line guides.

Although UV-curable ink is relatively expensive, our small format UV flatbed printer saves ink by 30%-50%. Meanwhile, printing effect is more vivid and clear.
