Q: What pre-sales service do you provide and what is your lead time?
A: For pre-sales service, HANDTOP offers free printing samples, and freight expenses are charged according to actual situation. Our lead time is 1 month from the date of order confirmation.

Q: How about quality assurance?
A: We assign engineers for onsite installation and training. One-year warranty is offered, within which, damaged parts (excluding consumables and print head) can be sent to us for replacement. Freight charges of new parts are on our account. If customer requires that the damaged parts should be sent back, freight charges generated thereof shall be paid by the customer.

Q: How can we obtain service and technical support?
A: HANDTOP provides timely service and support including technical consultation, design, customization, field installation, operating technique training, application scheme training, trouble removal support, etc. You can obtain our service and support from local authorized dealer.

Q: What are the requirements for installation site?
A: Installation manual is provided along with each set of machine. Please refer to the manual to make preparation. Generally, we have some requirements for installation site:
1. Working area: ≥7.5m×5m (L×W)
2. Ambient temperature and humidity: 20-30°C, 30%-70%RH
3. The room is clean without excess dust and other pollutions.
4. Input power: ≥35A/220V
5. Cable diameter: ≥4 square millimeter
6. Grounding voltage: <3V

Q: Are you responsible for onsite installation?
A: Experienced engineers of HANDTOP, or skillful engineers assigned by our dealers are responsible for onsite installation and debugging upon machine arrival. We will make it clear on the contract if this service is unavailable.

Q: What are training time and site?
A: We provide charge-free onsite training for about 7 workdays. Training can be delivered in our company or at the installation site specified by customer. These details can be listed on the contract.

Q: What should we do for daily maintenance?
A: Compared with imported UV printers, our printer is more convenient for operation and maintenance. Nonwoven fabric can be used to wipe print head in case of ink deposition before daily print operation or after 4-hour continuous printing operation. It only takes you several minutes to finish this maintenance work.

Q: Do you provide OEM service?
A: Yes.
