Proven quality and performance with Kyocera printheads
This Kyocera-series hybrid UV printer is specially designed for high quality printing applications and can create excellent, high resolution prints. UV printers use low-heat LED lamps to print onto a wide range of materials, such as metallic and synthetic paper sheets. This series of printers uses Kyocera KJ4A printheads that have 2656 channels each and can print in true grayscale with multi-drop 4, 6 and 10 pL. Our hybrid UV printer can print at 1200 DPI which creates crisp and clear printed images and text. In addition to the high quality printing performance, this series also features high speed operation features 3 printhead configurations.

  • Kyocera Printheads
    Variable dot, true greyscale imaging 4, 6, and 10pl-at a true native 1200 DPI.
  • Auto Height Detection System
    Automatically detects the height of the printing medium up to 50mm and calibrates the printhead distance for optical dot placement and image quality.
  • UV-curing Lamps/ LED (optional)
    Instant UV ink curing for fast production. Cures on both the left and right pass.
  • Top Printing Speed: Up to 38m2/hr.
    Engineered for high-quality printing, yet has an outstanding output of 38m2/hr. with full bleed capacity.
  • Vacuum System
    Eliminates the need for manually zoning the table with scrap material. Allowing for the easy setup of small batch printing.
  • Emergency Stop Switches.
    The user can stop the printer operation from either side of the machine.
  • On Board Control Module
    Allows user to adjust printer settings for each ripped file, and make on-the-fly adjustments of ink and media settings, white ink workflow and physical printer settings. Those settings can be saved for repeat runs, eliminating the need to re-rip job.
  • Static Suppression (Optional)
    Optional static suppression kit that eliminates static on the substrate.
