Overview
Our 2.5m Hybrid UV printer features a similar design to the 1.6m version but this model can perform printing operations on 2.5m printing mediums. The hybrid printer is fitted with Kyocera KJ4A printheads which are designed with 2656 channels each, allowing UV printing in true grayscale with multi-drop 4, 6 and 10 pL functions. This hybrid UV printer has a true native resolution of 1200 DPI for amazing, close view printing quality.

Engineered for high-quality printing yet outputs up to 51m2/hr. with full bleed capacity. - Vacuum System
Eliminates the need for manually zoning the table with scrap material. Allowing for easy setup of small batch printing. - Emergency Stop Switches.
The user can stop the printer operation from either side of the device. - On Board Control Module
Allows the user to adjust printer settings for each ripped file and make on-the-fly adjustments of ink and media settings, white ink workflow and physical printer settings. These settings can be saved for repeat runs, eliminating the need to re-rip the job. - Static Suppression Option
Optional static suppression kit that eliminates static on the substrate. - Independent White Negative Pressure & Circulation System
Keeps the white negative pressure stable, and guarantees the print output quality. Purging ink individually in order to save ink also prevents white clogging at print heads. - Auto belt correction system
The auto belt correction system will detect belt movement. If shifting is detected, the system will automatically adjust the moving of the belt to the right direction.
