Overview
The FK5 UV flatbed printer meeting high-precision and high-speed production demands, is perfect for medium and large scale shops. Matched with 4-5 Kyocera grayscale piezoelectric print heads, it is a perfect combination of speed and precision, capable of 5-color high-precision printing with 600×1200 dpi at a speed of up to 74m2/h (2 pass). Meanwhile, this UV flatbed printer saves ink by 30%-50%, thus reducing production costs.
This digital printer ensures accurate material positioning no matter the material is hard or flexible for it adopts dual-grinding precision screw motion control system. Repeat print precision reaches up to 0.02mm×0.02mm.
Perfect for production mode of 24h×7 days, this printing machine only needs one operator for whole work process. Strong vacuum absorption platform firmly holds material of 100mm thick in place. In addition, this versatile UV flatbed printer is optionally designed with white ink and gloss paint print modes.

1. High Precision
a. Max. resolution ratio: 600×1200 dpi
b. This inkjet printer can print with an ultra-fine print dot ranging from 7pl to 21pl. Printing in 2pt font is also available.
c. Guide beam moves stably and reliably as a result of dual-guide-rail mechanism.
d. Fixed linear raster is adopted by our UV flatbed printer for print head trolley positioning. As a consequence, print positioning is precision.
e. Material loading and positioning are accurate and easy due to light-duty platform design. Besides, repeat print is deviation-free.

1. Automatically detects the height of media up to 10mm thick and calibrates print heads distance for optimal dot placement and image quality.
2. Pin registration for accurate and consistent media placement.
3. Flatbed table with scale plate for parameter setting .
4. Mini-cart collision avoidance system effectively prevents damage of print heads.
5. UV lamp power comes with 3 adjustable settings.
6. Reverse the air flow to the table making heavy media easier to handle.
7. Individual 4-zone isolation system allows for easy setup of small batch printing.
8. Fast, simultaneous white ink spot, over and under-printing.
9. Internal UPS placement provides ample protection against the negative pressure that may be unleashed by power failures or unexpected shutdowns.
10. The auxiliary pump activates in the event of ink pump failure.

Included are IGUS towline cable from Germany, MEGADYNE synchronous belt from Italy, ROCKWELL serve motor from USA, NSK bearing, MISUMI lifting screw from Japan, and more.
(3) Optical fiber and PCI interface are adopted to achieve 1.25GB/s data communication and zero interference.
(4) For accurate and stable moving, our UV printers are equipped with grinding grade double screw rods and double straight line guides.
6. Eco-friendly
Eco-friendly UV-curable ink free from VOC (volatile organic compound) is used.

The UV-curable ink can be directly printed on diversified substrates, and thereby our UV flatbed printer can replace traditional screen printers in partial fields.
