The ultra high-speed flatbed printing machine is specially fabricated for medium and large scale enterprises to maximally meet industrial production demands. It is fitted with 8-14 Spectra high-performance piezoelectric print heads (PQ512-15/35), capable of 7-color 600×1200 dpi printing in a maximum speed of 50m2/h. Hence, you are able to handle bulk orders with our UV flatbed printer.

In addition, the working platform of this versatile print press comes with precision lead screw (dual grinding) motion control system, perfect for both rigid and flexible materials. This system also ensures high repeated positioning accuracy of 0.02mm×0.02mm.

8. Fast, simultaneous white ink spot, over and under-printing.

9. Internal UPS placement provides ample protection against the negative pressure that may be unleashed by power failures or unexpected shutdowns.

10. The auxiliary pump activates in the event of ink pump failure.
