  • 1. Aging test is performed to ensure sufficient energy for normal UV lamp
    working, and also to ensure the UV lamp works within rated service lifetime.

  • 2. Marble platform is used for testing parallelism and straightness of linear guide way. Tolerance values for straightness and parallelism respectively are 0.001mm and 0.002mm.
  • 3. Platform flatness should also be tested, and flatness tolerance is 0.03mm.

  • 4. Aging test is delivered to ensure circuit board and card components operate
    normally.
  • 5. Belt stability test is also implemented to avoid belt offsetting.
